Refund / Return Cancellation Policy

To prevent the artwork from being returned, we engage with each customer more personally. So, we insist that all customers enquire about the artwork in further detail before placing an order. Before packing the artwork, we will make sure the buyer is satisfied with it and its current condition by showing them real images or videos of the piece.

Within 7 days after delivery, you can return the majority of new, unused items for a full refund. If there is a return because of our error, we'll cover the shipping charges. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of the shipper receiving the package, though it's likely that you'll receive it sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-10 business days), the processing time for your return once it is

Original Artwork That Is Defected

If you received a wrong or faulty item as a consequence of our error, we welcome returns. Within 24-48 hours of receiving the artwork, send us an email along with any accompanying photos to report any damages. Sending the artwork without first getting in touch with us is not acceptable. The item must be self-shipped to us in the exact condition that it was received. After receiving the product, we will evaluate it and, if the artwork fault is repairable, either fix it and send the product to you in perfect condition or issue a full refund in accordance with the terms and conditions.

Please take note that you must inform us within 24-48 hours if a product you purchased is damaged.

Wrong Address - The courier will return the package to our facility if you offer a delivery address that is deemed insufficient. Once we have a confirmed revised address with you, you will be responsible for reshipment fees
